01 — WHERE THIS COMES FROM
I started building websites in 2015. Since then I’ve worked at agencies, inside in-house teams, and on contract — and the common thread was always the same: clients never quite knew who was actually building their site.
avm.digital is the practice I would have wanted to hire. One direct line. One person responsible. Honest pricing. Plain language. And work that respects how small a small business’s margin really is.
I work mostly with restaurants, clinics, consultants, contractors, retailers — the quiet companies that hold neighborhoods together. Sites for people, not portfolios.

I design and build in the open — you see progress weekly, not all at the end. Edits as we go.
